The North Alabama Gas District serves Colbert, Limestone, Lawrence, and Madison Counties in North Alabama.

North Alabama Gas District hours:

• Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
• Service: Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
• Emergency: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

• You must apply for service in person.
• A service application must be filled out, identification must be presented, and a deposit or any fees must be paid before service will be connected.
• Renters must have a copy of lease or have our Renter Verification Form filled out and signed by the owner.
• Home owners must have proof of ownership, for example: Insurance policy, Tax records, Deed, etc.
• Business applicants must have a copy of their business license.

NOTE: If the holiday falls on Saturday the office will be closed on Friday. If the holiday falls on Sunday the office will be closed on Monday.
