Payment Options

Mail:

Please make checks payable to North Alabama Gas District and include your payment stub located at the bottom portion of the statement.  Please do not mail cash.  Cash payments should only be made when paying in person at our office.

Counter, Drive-Thru or Drop Box:

We take payments by cash or check at the Muscle Shoals and Madison locations. We also have a payment drop box located at each drive thru.  Please do not make cash payments in the drop box.  North Alabama Gas is not responsible for lost or stolen cash payments.

Card Payments and e-Check Payments:

Note: A $2.75 vendor applied convenience fee will be added to all card and e-Check payments.

Pay online at www.nagd.com.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and e-Check.  Simply click on “pay online’ and use your Customer Number and PIN Number listed on the statement to access the payment screen.

Pay via toll free number.  Call 1-833-336-0999 to pay with Visa, Mastercard, Discover or e-Check.  You will need your Customer Number and PIN Number listed on this statement.

Pay via mobile App for Apple and Android devices.  Search for “North Alabama Gas District” in your app store.

Automatic Bank Draft:

Enroll by filling out our Bank Draft Plan Aurthorization (available at each office and at www.nagd.com) and providing a voided check.  Funds are deducted automatically from your bank account on the due date each month.  There is no fee associated with automated bank draft.

E-Billing

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • All gas bills are due when received.
  • The 5% discount will be forfeited if payment is made after due/discount date.
  • Any previous balance is due immediately and not subject to due date shown on bill.
  • Any account with a previous balance is subject to disconnection.
  • If service is disconnected, entire balance plus fees must be paid to restore service.
  • North Alabama Gas District connot be responsible for slow or late mail delivery or lost mail.
  • Failure to receive a bill does not relieve customer of payment obligation, late fee or disconnect fee.
