Please be aware of an ongoing meter reading project that may require our employees to need access to your meter.  This project applies only to customers in eastern Colbert County.

How do I apply for service?

  • You must apply for service in person.
  • A service application must be filled out, identification must be presented, and a deposit or any fees must be paid before service will be connected.
  • Renters must have a copy of lease or have our Renter Verification Form filled out and signed by the owner.
  • Home owners must have proof of ownership, for example: Insurance policy, Tax records, Deed, etc.
  • Business applicants must have a copy of their business license.
